  • 2 toasted (100 grams) crumpets (50 grams each crumpet)
  • 20 grams baby rocket leaves
  • 2 slices (50 grams) smoked salmon
  • Avocado (1/4 avocado, stoned, peeled and thinly sliced)
  • 2 slices (40 grams) camembert
  • 1 cherry tomato, thinly sliced
  • Dill sprigs, to serve
