Step 1: Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2: Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir with a metal spoon for 5 minutes or until chocolate melts and mixture in smooth.
Step 3: Remove from heat and add the fried noodles and coconut and stir to combine.
Step 4: Using 2 dessert spoons to arrange the chocolate mixture into small mounds on the prepared tray and create a small hollow in the centre of each mound and place 3 eggs in each hollow.
Step 5: Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until set.
Step 6: Store in an airtight container.
