Step 1: Add cinnamon hearts to large sauce pan and add 2 quart water, heat until candies have completely dissolved
Step 2: Bring to a boil and remove from heat
Step 3: Add tea bags and sugar if desired
Step 4: If a sweeter tea is desired, put the sugar in the 1/2 cup water and mix well to dissolve sugar
Step 5: Let sit until room temperature
Step 6: Pour into large pitcher and add remaining water
