Step 1: Sweeten the coffee with brown sugar to taste.
Step 2: Mix coffee, liquor, and orange peel in a pan
Step 3: Heat gently, but do not boil. Let infuse for a couple of minutes.
Step 4: Pour into pre-warmed heat-resistant glasses.
Step 5: Float whipped cream on top.
Step 6: Garnish with thin strip of peel of orange and nutmeg.
