Step 1: In a large saucepan, bring water, cloves, allspice and cinnamon stick to boil over high heat.
Step 2: Add tea leaves to hop spice mixture.
Step 3: Cover and steep for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Pour tea through strainer into mugs.
Step 5: Stir 1-1/2 teaspoon of honey into each mug.
