  • 1 package (3 ounce) Jell-O gelatin (lime)

  • 3/4 cup vodka

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dissolve the Jell-O in boiling water.

  • Step 2: Add the vodka and set it in the freezer.

  • Step 3: When jello is set, pour the rum, blue Curacao and juices into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Step 4: Shake well.

  • Step 5: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • Step 6: Garnish with a scoop of the jello.
