  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, whole (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) ginger ale (chilled)
