Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 12 strips or 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup grainy mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Soak 12 wooden skewers in water for about an hour or use metal skewers.

  • Step 2: Mix together the pork strips, garlic, ginger, taco seasoning and vegetable oil.

  • Step 3: Marinate for 30 minutes.

  • If Broiling

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to broil.

  • Step 5: Skewer marinated pork strips or cubes.

  • Step 6: Place skewers on a rimmed baking sheet and broil on middle rack for 5 minutes, turn over and broil until cooked through and slightly golden, about 5 to 7 minutes.

  • If Grilling

  • Step 7: Preheat grill to medium-high

  • Step 8: Skewer marinated pork strips or cubes.

  • Step 9: Grill a few minutes on each side, until cooked through.

  • Step 10: Mix together the marmalade and mustard and serve with skewers.
