Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce orange, pureed (blood orange, puree)
  • 2 ounces liqueur (grangala triple orange liqueur)
  • 1/2 ounce syrup (simple syrup)
  • 1 bag (12 ounce) dark chocolate chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: Using 8 to 10 chocolate chips for one drink, heat in the microwave for 20 seconds until almost melted.

  • Step 2: Take chips out of the microwave and stir with a spoon until completely melted.

  • Step 3: Place the melted chocolate in a squeeze bottle and draw a spider web on the inside of the martini glass.

  • Step 4: In a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake well.

  • Step 5: Pour into the decorated martini glass.

  • Step 6: Garnish with an orange truffle or chocolate dipped orange slice.
