Step 1: Measure cereal and set aside.
Step 2: In a large saucepan and over low heat, melt margarine.
Step 3: Add marshmallows, peanut butter, butter and cocoa.
Step 4: Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted.
Step 5: Remove from heat.
Step 6: Stir in corn syrup.
Step 7: Add cereal and mix until well coated.
Step 8: Using buttered hands shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Step 9: Place on cookie sheet and cool.
Step 10: Store in cool dry place.
