The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 to 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 (17.3 ounce) large Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

  • Step 2: In a saucepan combine the brown sugar with corn syrup and butter; cook over medium-low heat stirring until sugar is dissolved (about 2-3 minutes) add the pecans, then spoon into baking pan.

  • Step 3: In a small shallow bowl combine the brown sugar with cinnamon.

  • Step 4: Slice each biscuit in half; dip in cinnamon-sugar mixture; place cut side down in baking pan over the brown sugar mixture.

  • Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Invert onto a serving plate.

  • Step 6: Best served warm.
