Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2: Saute onion in fat until soft.
Step 3: While onion is cooking, combine refried beans and taco seasoning in a small bowl. When onion is cooked, stir in bean mixture to combine and heat through.
Step 4: In another bowl, combine chiles, enchilada sauce and soup. Whisk thoroughly to combine.
Step 5: Spoon bean mixture in to tortillas and roll up. Place in a casserole dish, seam side down.
Step 6: Top with soup mixture then sprinkle on cheese.
Step 7: Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
