Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Grease a baking sheet.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat (use enough oil as desired) add in onion and saute 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add in garlic and spinach; continue to saute until most of the moisture is cooked off; set aside to cool slightly.
Step 5: In a medium bowl, mix together brown rice, egg whites, bread crumbs, and shredded Italiano cheese.
Step 6: Season with seasoned salt and black pepper.
Step 7: Using clean hands mix in spinach.
Step 8: Form into golf ball sized rice balls. Place each rice ball on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 9: Lightly brush the balls with melted butter.
Step 10: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned and slightly crispy.
Step 11: Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
