Step 1: In a large skillet, cook beef with onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain, then add in garlic, basil, oregano and chili flakes, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add the tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for about 45 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 3: Add olives; simmer and 10-15 minutes longer(season with salt and pepper during cooking time).
Step 4: Spoon over spaghetti; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
