Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound tuna steak, cut into 2 pieces
  • 3-4 teaspoons Tony Chachere's creole seasoning (green can)
  • 2 pats butter
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, fresh is best
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh is best
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sprinkle both sides of fillet with Tony's seasoning.

  • Step 2: Top the fillets with 1 pat of butter on each fillet.

  • Step 3: Squeeze the lemon and lime all over the fillets, (about 1 teaspoons of each on each fillet).

  • Step 4: Turn heat on using HIGH setting. Wait for 20 minutes before adding fillets.

  • Step 5: Grill on preheated grill, over indirect heat for 5 minutes per side, then serve. (The middle will be red and the outside cooked to perfection).

  • Step 6: Please Note: Cooking the tuna all the way through will take away from the taste and texture of the fish.
