  • 1/4 pound crab meat (lump)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon, whole (small lemon, zested & juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped (tops)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in saucepan over med-low heat. Add lemon juice, garlic, wine, hot sauce & the Old Bay Seasoning. Slowly simmer for about 2 min. Add the cream & simmer until well mixed.

  • Step 2: Gently stir in the crab meat & simmer until the crab meat is heated through. Spoon over fish fillets, garnish w/chopped green onions & the lemon zest & serve to your happy family.
