  • 1 can (3.75 ounce) smoked oysters (drained & coarsely smashed)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (lemon, unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro (or parsley, chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, yogurt & smoked oysters until well-blended (I used my hand-held stick blender for this).

  • Step 2: Fold in the the celery & cilantro (or parsley) & refrigerate until ready for use.

  • Step 3: Serve w/assorted crackers or dippers of choice.
