Step 1: Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Step 2: Dice shrimp and pineapple into small pieces.
Step 3: Add mayonnaise, ketchup and curry, stir gently to combine.
Step 4: Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before serving.
Step 5: Serve on freshly baked white bread or on a bed of lettuce.
Step 6: Enjoy!
