Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (preferably aged)
  • 1 jalapeno, sliced thinly
  • 4 ounces sliced bacon (4 slices, cooked and crumbled)
  • Black pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 2: Spoon abut a tablespoon of Parmesan into a small mound on the parchment paper. Top with about half tablespoon of cheddar. Carefully pat cheese down but keep them a bit high, place a jalapeno slice on top. Sprinkle with bacon and black pepper over each mound. Bake until crispy and golden, about 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on them.

  • Step 3: Let cool slightly before transferring to serving dish. Serve at room temperature.
