  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1-2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

How to Make

  • Step 1: Glaze ... Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a small bowl or measuring cup and microwave 30 seconds on medium high.

  • Step 2: Finish ... Brush on the chicken the last 5-10 minutes of cooking; whether it is grilled or prepared on your smoker. ENJOY!
