  • 150 grams prosciutto ham (gluten-free, 6 slices)
  • 24 baby (240 grams) bocconcini
  • 12 marinated (24 grams) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 12 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • Balsamic glaze

How to Make

  • Step 1: Halve prosciutto lengthways to make 12 strips and fold and thread onto 12 cocktail skewers and then add bocconcini, tomato and a basil leaf and place onto a platter and drizzle with oil and balsamic glaze and season with pepper.
