Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 375 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs (fillets, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (extra)
  • 2 store-bought (500 grams) pizza crust (2 x 20cm, 250 grams each crust)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 4 green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated, sliced thinly diagonally)
  • 160 grams asparagus (1 bunch, trimmed thinly sliced)
  • 1 cucumber (Lebanese cucumber cut into ribbons)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven with 2 pizza trays to 220C/200C fan forced.

  • Step 2: Combine the chicken and hoisin sauce in a bowl and spray chicken with oil.

  • Step 3: Heat a large frying pan over moderately high heat and add the chicken and cook and stir for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked.

  • Step 4: Spread pizza bases with sweet chilli sauce and top with chicken and transfer to prepared pizza trays and top with white part of onion and asparagus and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 5: Serve pizza topped with green onion, cucumber, sesame seeds and extra hoisin sauce.
