  • Dark chocolate bar (1/2 bar)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (raw)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor, pulse almonds until chopped finely.

  • Step 2: Add to a mixing bowl.

  • Step 3: Repeat with the chocolate.

  • Step 4: Puree dates in food processor until smooth, forming a ball like structure.

  • Step 5: Combine processed dates with nut and chocolate mixture.

  • Step 6: Add pumpkin seeds whole.

  • Step 7: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Step 8: Spread mixture over baking sheet evenly, pressing firmly into the pan.

  • Step 9: Cut into bars and wrap each bar with cellophane film.
