Step 1: Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain then transfer to a bowl and toss with a small amount of oil or butter to prevent sticking.
Step 2: In a skillet cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble (remove some of the bacon grease leaving 1-2 tablespoons in the skillet to saute the garlic).
Step 3: Add the garlic to the skillet; saute 1-2 minutes; add in the cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley and cooked bacon; cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
Step 4: Add in the tortellini; toss until heated through then season with more salt and pepper, serve immediately.
