How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Gradually fold sugar into egg whites.

  • Step 3: Fold in nuts, cinnamon, lemon juice, and rind.

  • Step 4: Drop from a teaspoon onto greased and floured cookie sheets.(silpats work )

  • Step 5: Bake 10 minutes.

  • Step 6: Remove from pans immediately with a wide spatula.
