Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 (350 grams) pizza crusts (mini pizza bases/crusts, 6 in total)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (garlic, onion and herb sauce was suggested)(125ml)
  • 1 cup grated pizza cheese, grated (100 grams)
  • 140 grams bacon rashers (thinly sliced, 2 rashers)
  • 75 grams button mushrooms (or cup mushrooms, thinly sliced)
  • 130 grams chorizo sausage (thinly sliced, 1 sausage)
  • 2 ounces red onion (1/2 small onion, thinly sliced)
  • 100 grams roasted pepper (strips, drained)
  • 20 grams baby rocket (leaves)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C.

  • Step 2: Place pizza bases on 2 baking trays and spread bases evenly with pizza sauce and sprinkle with half the cheese.

  • Step 3: Arrange the bacon, mushroom, chorizo, onion and roasted pepper strips over cheese and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden and crisp.

  • Step 4: Serve the pizzas topped with the rocket.
