The ingredients are:
  • 125 ml liqueur (orange liqueur, Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec, 1/2 cup)
  • 500 ml cranberry juice (2 cups)
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling dry white wine (Sekt, Prosecco or Champagne)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a lrg pitcher, mix the orange liqueur & cranberry juice. Top w/the sparkling wine, stir gently & serve.

  • NOTES FROM MARGARET - You could get fancy & decorate ea drink w/an orange curl, orange slice or a fresh cranberry or 2. If you want to make individual cocktails (or a larger or lesser amt), the ratios are: 1 part orange liqueur plus 4 parts cranberry juice plus 6 parts sparkling dry white wine.
