  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1” strips)
  • 28 grams coconut oil (2 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free-low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl, stir together the ground ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper; add the chicken strips and mix to coat.
