Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (can use more)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 small can white tuna, drained then flaked
  • 1 cup (firmly packed) chopped fresh spinach (can use more)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook macaroni according to package directions.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the egg, cream and butter; set aside.

  • Step 3: Drain macaroni; add in the Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and reserved egg mixture; toss to coat, then stir in the tuna and spinach.

  • Step 4: Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
