Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°. Rinse the pork chops, pat dry and place in a 9x13 pan.
Step 2: Boil the 2 cups of water and onions for 15 minutes; drain. Layer the onions on top of the pork.
Step 3: Combine the spices and brown sugar and add the 2 T water; mix well. Spread the mixture over the cho9ps and onions.
Step 4: Bake at 350° for 1 hour, basting occasionally, until chops and onions are tender and nicely glazed.
