Step 1: In a greased 3-qt slow cooker, combine the cheese, crab, tomatoes & shrimp. Cover & cook on low for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs or until cheese is melted, stirring occ.
Step 2: TO SERVE: Serve w/choice of (or combo of) garlic-flavored baguette slices &/or pita crisps. (Yield = 5 cups or 20 1/4 cup servings).
Step 3: HINT: To keep condensed water from draining into your dip mixture as you stir, etc - I have found it best to cover my slow cooker w/a kitchen towel & then put the lid in place.
