Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounce tilapia fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat a baking dish with non-stick spray and place the fillet in dish.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle the onion powder over the tilapia and season with salt and pepper to taste. (I use a lot of pepper because I like this spicy)

  • Step 3: Mix together the remaining ingredients and brush onto the fish using all of the mixture.

  • Step 4: Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes or more, until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (The cook time will depend on how thick the fillet is)

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
