Step 1: Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl.
Step 2: Combine the butter, coffee, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan and melt over a very low heat or use the microwave.
Step 3: Cool and beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Step 4: Combine both mixtures and stir lightly but thoroughly to combine.
Step 5: Stir through the extra chocolate.
Step 6: Turn into a greased and lined 23cm square cake tin.
Step 7: Bake in a 180C preheat oven for 20 to 25 minutes (check at 20 minutes) or until the mixture is just firm to the touch and a skewer comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
Step 8: Cool in the tin.
Step 9: Remove from the tin and cut into 9 or 12 squares.
