Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (oven rack set to lowest position).
Step 2: Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a bowl combine the cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.
Step 4: In a bowl whisk the condensed milk with sour cream and lemon juice until well blended; pour over the crust
Step 5: Spoon the pie filling over the top (some will sink slightly that is okay).
Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until just set (do not over bake).
Step 7: Cool then refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
