Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh is better to use)
  • 1 (21-ounce) can pie filling (use your favorite pie filling)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (oven rack set to lowest position).

  • Step 2: Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

  • Step 3: In a bowl combine the cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.

  • Step 4: In a bowl whisk the condensed milk with sour cream and lemon juice until well blended; pour over the crust

  • Step 5: Spoon the pie filling over the top (some will sink slightly that is okay).

  • Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until just set (do not over bake).

  • Step 7: Cool then refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
