  • 3 green onions, diagonally sliced
  • 1/2 cup peanuts (chopped and roasted)
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

How to Make
