  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 21 grams mini chocolate chips (1 1/2 tablespoons)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray an 8x8 loaf pan lightly with oil.

  • Step 2: Mix dry ingredients (including chocolate chips) together in a medium-large bowl.

  • Step 4: Stir wet ingredients into dry (batter will be thick).

  • Step 5: Spread batter into pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts, pressing lightly to set nuts into batter.
