Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Dressing (use reserved Beef Ramen seasoning packet)
  • Reserved 2 packets of seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup oil
  • Salad:
  • 1 pound cabbage cole slaw mix
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodle soup mix (reserved the seasoning packets for the dressing)
  • 2 (5 ounce) packages sliced almonds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped (green part, too)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Early in the day mix up the dressing and put in a jar; refrigerate till ready to serve.

  • Step 2: When ready to serve put the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl, being sure to crust the ramen noodles into pieces in the package (the beef packets have already gone into the dressing).

  • Step 3: When you are ready to eat, mix all together with the dressing.
