Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces silken tofu (drained, soft tofu)
  • 3 tablespoons miso (white, fermented soybean paste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped (plus extra as optional garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Purée tofu, miso, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder & pepper in a blender.

  • Step 2: Transfer to a med bowl & mix in the sour cream, parsley & 2T chives. Top dip w/more chives & serve w/assorted raw veggies for dipping.

  • NOTE RE YIELD: Yield is 2 cups = 8 2 oz servings

  • ANOTHER NOTE: Can be made up to 3 dys ahead, covered & chilled for later use
