Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces dry rice (dry, 1 cup)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 3 ounces chow mein noodles (2 cups)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown hamburger and onion together until done. Drain. Add hamburger mix and the rest of the ingredients (except toppings) in mixing bowl. Move to 3 quart ovensafe casserole dish.

  • Step 2: Top with the chow mein noodles. Cover with foil.

  • Step 3: Bake 325 degree oven for 90 minutes, uncovering for the last 15 minutes.
