Step 1: In food processor, mix nuts and sugar until fine. Add butter water and vanilla. Add flour, process just until mixed. Remove the mixture then chill for 4 hours.
Step 2: Shape into walnut-sized balls.
Step 3: Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Step 4: Cool just slightly then roll balls in powdered sugar.
