Step 1: Preheat oven to 475°F.
Step 2: Crack eggs into a bowl and scramble with a whisk or beater.
Step 3: Pour the sugar, vanilla extract, milk, cream and salt into the bowl and mix together really well.
Step 4: When mixed, add the flour and stir. When the mixture is blended well let sit for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Step 5: With a cooking brush spread the melted butter onto the pan and get hot, but do not let the butter burn, then add the batter into the pan.
Step 6: Put into oven for about 15 minutes. This is why an iron skillet works best!
Step 7: Put on a plate, serve, and top with your favorite pancake toppings. Like syrup, butter, powedered sugar, strawberries, whatever!
