Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 eggs (large is best)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup table cream (18% heavy cream is best)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (artificial if your do not have real)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 475°F.

  • Step 2: Crack eggs into a bowl and scramble with a whisk or beater.

  • Step 3: Pour the sugar, vanilla extract, milk, cream and salt into the bowl and mix together really well.

  • Step 4: When mixed, add the flour and stir. When the mixture is blended well let sit for approximately 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 5: With a cooking brush spread the melted butter onto the pan and get hot, but do not let the butter burn, then add the batter into the pan.

  • Step 6: Put into oven for about 15 minutes. This is why an iron skillet works best!

  • Step 7: Put on a plate, serve, and top with your favorite pancake toppings. Like syrup, butter, powedered sugar, strawberries, whatever!
