The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 ounce rum (Flor de Caña 7 Year dark Rum)
  • 3/4 ounce liqueur (Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur)
  • 1/2 ounce passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce syrup (orgeat syrup, Almond syrup)
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/16 ounce bitters (3 dashes, I use orange bitters)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake until chilled, about 20 seconds.

  • Step 2: Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass.

  • Step 3: Garish, if desired, with a slice of pineapple.
