  • 4 green chillies peppers (seeded if desired, coarsely chopped. long peppers)
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, coarsely chopped
  • 1 shallot, coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup coriander springs (about 10 grams)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (about 10 grams)
  • 1/2 cup oil (canola oil, 60ml)
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
