Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 100 grams peppers (6 long chillie peppers, seeded if desired and coarsely chopped)
  • 75 grams shallots, coarsely chopped (1 large shallot)
  • 65 grams lemon grass (2 stalks, coarsely chopped)
  • 30 grams garlic cloves (5 cloves, peeled coarsely chopped)
  • 20 grams gingerroot (peeled and chopped, 2 pieces)
  • 5 grams fresh coriander (15 stems)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander (freshly ground coriander seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 cup oil (canola oil)
  • Salt, a pinch of
