  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the cream cheese & butter in a lrg bowl. Using an electric mixer on med speed, beat until combined & smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Add the cinnamon & vanilla & mix well.

  • Step 2: NOTE: Jennifer agrees that LESS IS BEST as applied to frosting & says the frosting yield is enough to frost the top & center of a 2-layer cake, but not the sides. If you want to fully frost a 2-layer cake, she suggests using 1 1/2 times the ingredient amts shown above.
