  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded, about 2 cups)
  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup sliced scallions (about 3 scallions)
  • Ground pepper
