Step 1: Process the avocado flesh & butter in a food proc or blender until completely smooth. W/the proc still running, slowly pour in the cream. Add the powdered sugar & pulse until light green & well-combined (about 1 min). Cover & refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2: SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is best when served on fully cooled baked goods like vanilla cupcakes & shortbread or sugar cookies. Lemon-flavored baked goods might work well too.
