  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 large eggs (beaten to a froth)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (sharp)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water as directed on the package and drain. Return to the pot and add the butter, then the eggs and milk.

  • Step 3: Stir in the cheese and add salt to taste.

  • Step 4: Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the liquid is firm but not dry.
