Step 1: Peel, core and dice fruit into 1/2" chuncks. Place in a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients for the filling, mixing well.
Step 2: Distribute the filling between 12 8 oz ramekins.
Step 3: Using an electric mixer, combine all of the crumble ingredients. Mix with a paddle attachment on low speed until the mixture is the size of peas.
Step 4: Sprinkle crumble over the fruit.
Step 5: Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is browned and the fruit is bubbly.
Step 6: Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
