  • 1 large egg, fork beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 3/8 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350*.

  • Step 2: Prepare macaroni according to package directions, draining well.

  • Step 3: Pour into your small casserole and stir in egg.

  • Step 5: Stir in milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

  • Step 7: Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and heat 5 minutes until melted.
